We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Had em drain out system and found that pipes from house collapsed at the septic system. Great people and workers. From the hands to the office people. Will use them every time and will send them to everyone. Thank yall agian

They made the effort to come out the same day and were very helpful and thorough. The technician explained everything that needed to be fixed and did not try to up-sale me on anything or take advantage of me.
