I called Bright Eyes due my aerobic septic system high water alarm going off. They came out the next day repaired a faulty electric wire going to the pump. Later that day they sent another crew out to clean out all the tanks. It was also needed. Anyone who needs septic service and people that are reliable should definitely use Bright Eyes. Save yourself the run around and aggravation.

I called this morning and was very stressed out looking for any information on my septic and the red light that was on. I forgot the ladies name but she's was EXTREMELY helpful! I will 100% be using them with anything in the future

Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y. Had brighteyes septic come out to clean our septic tanks and repair a broken pipe, they came out 30 min after we called and were able to repair everything the next morning. Highly recommend!

The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Brighteyes responded quickly and resolved the issue. We so much appreciate that we can depend on them to take care of and fix things the right way without overcharging us. Thank you!!!
