We are very satisfied with the service and their staff. They stay in contact with us. We have never had to call them to have our system inspected. They do 4 inspections a year per county requirements. Very courteous and prompt.

The absolute worst company I have ever called..very rude and the most expensive company company. Wanted to charge us over $13,000.00 for a new septic system. The owner is obnoxious with his mouth. Do yourself a favor find someone how cares about customer service and farwness. Joe P

We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. Professional, friendly, honest Those describe the the business until job complete. When they were thru my sump area was put back properly, something that wasn't so with previous compa y.
