I called late in the day, everyone was getting ready to leave for a holiday weekend. When I explained how full my septic was and spilling out into the yard they came right out. I had everything pumped out and working properly very quickly.

I have used and recommended Brighteyes Septic since 2019. They are always prompt and knowledgeable in figuring out what needs to happen. I believe they are fair and I will use them again, as the need arises.

We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. Quick, friendly, competent service. Septic tank pump-out (conventional system) took a turn when it was found that the tank was full of roots, but it was handled quickly and efficiently. Great service. Will recommend them and use them again.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.
