We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. I would recommend home owners with septic systems to consider BrightEyes Septic for any maintenance issues. I have used them twice in the last ten years and I get the same professionalism every time.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.

Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
