I called Brighteye’s from across the country, looking to hire a company to pump a septic tank for a family in financial need. Mike went above and beyond my expectations. I had never been to the house and couldn’t provide any info about the existing septic system. Mike went to work immediately using county records and satellite imagery to determine what type and size of system we were working with. I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.

Brighteyes Septic did an excellent job of pumping out our system. Very informative and professional. Explained the entire process to me. Highly recommend.

They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. I would recommend home owners with septic systems to consider BrightEyes Septic for any maintenance issues. I have used them twice in the last ten years and I get the same professionalism every time.

Called to get service was told next week (it was Friday after Thanksgiving) Nandy stopped by an hour later said he was driving by the neighborhood wanted to assess the problem. Determined it was the air compressor and a float. He said a crew was nearby and they would be by to fix. 15 minutes later they showed up did a through inspection of the whole system found a few other small issues, had all the parts and all fixed. Explained other minor regular maintenance to me that I could do to help keep it running properly. Very professional, fast and friendly. Will definitely call them with any further septic needs.
