I was very impressed with this company long before I signed a service contract with them. I will not go into much detail as my story is long, but I can assure you this company was looking out for ME not them but ME as a person. I was taken advantage of by another company (GoGreen) 2 years ago to the point my property was a public health hazard. We called Brighteyes to help. The owner personally came out when his team called him about my property. He took the time to explain our system to us and how it SHOULD work, what parts were missing (pretty much everything was missing), and more. We wanted to hire them to replace the whole system but our attorney got Gogreen to replace it correctly. Brighteyes isn't the cheapest but you get what you pay for so pay a little more. I wish I had heard about them before I used Gogreen. Brighteyes is straight with you and doesn't try to con you. Instead they really do try to help you even IF they don't get your money. A good company knows you get more business with honesty and hard work. I think that is why this company has such an amazing reputation in Liberty County. Even the county office recommends them if you call. If you are a victim like I was call them, don't wait. At least let them come and inspect your system if you think something is wrong. Best decision I made was calling Brighteyes. I truly feel I owe this company more than just my business.

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.

I was completely backed up in my septic tanks when I called for assistance. They were booked for services but they found away to fit me in and was at my house within an hour of my calling. They did a great job servicing my aerobic septic system. I hadn't done a pumpout for quite a few years, so tanks were full of sludge, but they took care of it. Nice that their truck has a 2500 gallon capacity, because they needed 2000 gallons to accommodate all the extra cleaning water in addition to the normal contents.

I called this morning and was very stressed out looking for any information on my septic and the red light that was on. I forgot the ladies name but she's was EXTREMELY helpful! I will 100% be using them with anything in the future

We had an issue with the compressor and Brighteyes septic was able to schedule for the next day. The next day we decided to have the system cleaned and they were able to do it that day which was great. We got both problems taken care of in one day and at a very reasonable price. The gentlemen that came out were friendly, explained EVERYTHING that was wrong, what needed to be done. They were on time and well prepared. We will be having them back out for any more problems!
