The initial installation was fair. We moved into a piece of property of existing aerobic system was not maintained. We hired Brighteyes and I waited til now 8 months later and called for a tune up on sprinklers not their fault but my desire for directional change on sprinkler. I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. Along with this week’s freak winter storm, electrical outages and burst pipes, we found ourselves with septic issues backing up. Most companies didn’t even answer their phones. Not Bright Eyes. They were responsive, friendly, communicative and timely. Same day service in the midst of a state-wide crises. Five stars isn’t enough.
