I’m new to this whole system, when I spoke they were very kind to listen to my septic problems, the recommendations and solutions were very clear to understand, when I made the decision to use them, they arrived on time, they explained me the process of what had to be done, at the end, the problem was gone leaving everything ready and clean. I called BrightEyes Septic and requested to have all the solids in my septic tanks be vacuumed out and cleaned out as well. I was given a flat rate and information on how the job would progress. I was also given additional information on scenarios that could increase the cost of the job. I appreciated the honesty as well as the additional information on up charges so there would be no surprise. I scheduled the job later in the week and the office called to inform me the drivers were on their way. The men executed the job professionally and they answered my questions as the work progressed. The gentlemen that came out were friendly, explained EVERYTHING that was wrong, what needed to be done. They were on time and well prepared. We will be having them back out for any more problems!

Had some issues with my septic. Called them out to take a look at it. Very professional the entire time. They knew exactly what they were looking at and knew how to fix them. They gave me a quote the next day for all the repairs. The next nice day they came out, made the repairs, even smoothed out the ruts from the tractor. Top notch work. They used the best equipment and not the cheap stuff you find on Amazon like other companies. Septic is running like a top. And it was less than what the other company wanted to charge. Didnt even ask for a dime until the job was completed. Mr. Newman and Adrian are very professional and addressed our concerns with the septic system. Even the lady on the phone was very nice and even made a trip out to bring the guy supplies. Would do business with Brighteyes again.
